The Inner Circle is a place beside a mentor, held for two years. It is the only pathway at NLP Coaching Academy that keeps you in Vikram Dhar's direct attention every month, in a small circle. Vikram is a Certified NLP Master Trainer and an ICF Master Certified Coach, recognised among the Global Leaders in NLP.
Training makes a coach capable. It does not make a coach known, or trusted by people who have never met them. The Inner Circle works on all three together.
The outcome: you move from learning NLP techniques to having a body of work, a professional identity, and coaching competence you can demonstrate.
You can enrol in any month. Your 24 months begin the day you register, and everything required for certification and endorsement can be done online.
The coaches who do well are rarely the most gifted in the room.
I have trained thousands of practitioners, and I have watched what happens afterwards. The ones who go on to do well kept practising after the certificate, had someone tell them the truth about their work, and were seen doing it. Most programs cannot offer that, because they end when the certificate is printed.
The Inner Circle is my answer. I admit twelve people a year so that I can know each Fellow's work well enough to put my name beside theirs. If I endorse you, it is because I have watched you work and would send a client to you.
It is not quick. We build your work together, and I endorse it when we can both see it is ready. If you would like to build that with me, I would like to hear from you.
The Inner Circle is for people who believe a reputation is earned in front of others, and who want honest mentoring to earn it.
A course gives you material. A Fellowship gives you a mentor who works alongside you, and a reputation built with someone standing behind it.
The two core certifications take 16 classroom days between them. Skill settles in the months after, and Vikram stays beside you through them, including your first six months as an endorsed coach.
Every circle is led by Vikram himself, and he personally mentors the work your endorsement rests on.
Master Coach is earned through two years of mentoring, and the areas Vikram works on with you are shown before you join. Because it is earned, it means something when you have it.
You research an NLP topic, co-host a community session with Vikram to present it, earn Vikram's endorsement through mentoring, and have your own page on NLP Coaching Academy that clients can find.
Your clock starts the day you register, so month 1 is your month 1, and your plan is shaped with Vikram around your goals. Each phase ends in a milestone you can point to, and the monthly circle with Vikram runs through all four.
NLP Practitioner and Coaching Essentials, your first circle with Vikram, and a personal plan for your two years that you shape together.
NLP Master Practitioner and a modelling project of your own, presented to Vikram and the circle. You can also repeat NLP Practitioner as a participant, on Zoom at no charge or in the classroom with the venue charge paid by you.
A hundred client hours using NLP, a clear niche, an NLP research paper you present with Vikram, and one recorded session that you go through with Vikram.
Six more months in the circle as an endorsed coach, consideration for Academy engagements (an opportunity, not a guarantee of work), and, with no fixed commitment, mentoring newer Fellows towards Certified NLP Mentor Coach. After that, you remain a Fellow for life.
Once a month the Fellows meet Vikram live online for about two hours. This is group coaching on real cases, and it is where your time with Vikram is spent. Your one to one time with him is a single personal conversation, on your recorded session.
A personal catch-up with Vikram and the Fellows near you. Twice a year in Bengaluru, and in Delhi and Mumbai whenever Vikram is there. Open to every Fellow. When you repeat an NLP Practitioner program in the classroom in Bengaluru, Delhi or Mumbai, you can also meet Vikram there.
One fee covers the training, the mentoring, and the work of making you known. Nothing below is sold as an extra, and everything beyond the circle and your mentoring is yours to take up as it suits you.

What this means for you: you do not finish with a folder of certificates and a question about what to do next. You finish with your certificates, a body of logged client work, a published NLP research paper, presented in a community session you co-hosted with Vikram, a defined niche, and, when your work is ready, the NLP Master Coach certificate with Vikram's name beside yours in public.
The endorsement is never part of what you pay for. You build towards it together, with Vikram as your mentor, and he gives it when your work is ready. The certificate and the endorsement both come from your work, in three steps you can read before you apply.
Two things, kept distinct. The endorsement attests that Vikram has mentored your coaching and stands behind it as of the year given. The NLP Master Coach certificate is issued under IAPCCT and WANLPC when Vikram confirms your work is ready. Vikram's endorsement is his personal statement that he stands behind your work, and it is not issued by any body. Neither is an ABNLP credential.
NLP Practitioner, Coaching Essentials and NLP Master Practitioner, your modelling project presented in a circle, and at least 15 of your first 18 monthly circles attended.
100 client hours using NLP, kept on a one-page log and sent in by your month 17.
One client session of 30 to 45 minutes, recorded with the client's consent, which you and Vikram go through together in your personal conversation.
Built together: by the time you share your recording, you and Vikram will have worked on your coaching in the circles for many months. The conversation simply confirms what you have built together.
The outcome: when steps 1 and 2 are complete and you and Vikram can both see your coaching is ready in all five areas, you are certified as NLP Master Coach and endorsed. He confirms it, with his reasons, in your personal conversation.
There is nothing to resubmit. You and Vikram talk it through, keep working on it together in the circle, and he endorses you when it is ready, within your 24 months. The certificates you have already earned are yours either way.
No renewal fee. Your certificates and your endorsement do not expire. The endorsement carries the year Vikram gave it, so it always reads accurately. Once a year you confirm, at no cost, that you are still practising, and your page stays in the directory.
If you stop practising, your page moves to the alumni list. Vikram can withdraw his endorsement for an ethics breach or misuse of his name. Your certificates are not affected by either.
You should be able to see what Vikram looks for before you decide to apply.
The NLP field is crowded with certificates. What sets a coach apart is who vouches for them, and where that can be seen. Your endorsement and your page on NLP Coaching Academy are built to do exactly that.
Most coaches describe themselves. An Inner Circle Fellow is described by Vikram Dhar.
"Endorsed by Vikram Dhar" links your name to a Certified NLP Master Trainer and ICF Master Certified Coach, recognised among the Global Leaders in NLP, and to an Academy that has certified 8,000+ coaches and practitioners across 65+ countries.
Your endorsement is dated, carries a verification ID, and is written in Vikram's own words about your work. A client, employer or event organiser can check it in one click.
Your portrait, your niche in one line, your certificates and Vikram's words, in the Inner Circle Coaches directory on the Academy's site, with a direct way for clients to reach you.
Not another coach with a list of certificates, but a coach whose work has been mentored and endorsed by one of the most recognised names in NLP coaching, on the Academy's own site, beside a small group of peers mentored the same way.
Your endorsement and page strengthen your standing; they do not promise clients or income. Before endorsement, you co-host a community session with Vikram to present your NLP research, and after review it is published by IAPCCT.

You start at Phase II: 19 months rather than 24, attendance at 11 of 13 circles, and a reduced fee that reflects the Practitioner program you have completed and the shorter time. After month 19 you can stay on in the Alumni Circle. Ask us for the figure.
Your title, your certificates and your dated endorsement stay with you for life, with no renewal fee, and your page stays while you are practising. The Alumni Circle keeps you close to Vikram and the Fellows whenever you want it, for ₹2,000 + GST a quarter.

Circle themes respond to the Fellows' cases, so the mentoring topics are a guide, not a fixed syllabus.
Vikram is a Certified NLP Master Trainer, the trainer-of-trainers level that authorises him to certify Practitioners, Master Practitioners and Trainers. He is also an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), and is recognised among the Global Leaders in NLP.
He is certified by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, the co-founders of NLP, and is a Licensed Meta NLP Trainer in Neuro-Semantics under Michael Hall. He has trained directly with Robert Dilts and Judith DeLozier, co-developers of NLP.
Before coaching, Vikram spent fourteen years in cybersecurity leadership at Ernst & Young and IBM. He is recognised among the Global Leaders in NLP, has trained participants from more than 65 countries, and has worked with over 300 corporate clients.
The Inner Circle is the only program in which he stays with each participant for two years.

Certification batches follow the Academy's events calendar and may change. At registration we plan with you which batch you will join for each certification. NLP Coaching Academy's program policies apply.
In any month. There are no fixed intakes. Your 24 months begin the day you register, you join the next monthly circle with Vikram, and you take each certification in the next scheduled batch that suits you. Twelve places are offered in each calendar year, in the order applicants are accepted. If they are taken, your start moves to the following January.
Five. Certified NLP Practitioner and Certified NLP Master Practitioner, each issued under ABNLP, IAPCCT and WANLPC. Coaching Essentials, from Neuro-Semantics. Certified NLP Master Coach, issued under IAPCCT and WANLPC when Vikram confirms your work is ready. And Certified NLP Mentor Coach, issued under IAPCCT and WANLPC once you hold NLP Master Coach and meet the mentor coach criteria. "Endorsed by Vikram Dhar" is separate: it is his personal endorsement of your work, and not issued by any body.
No. The Inner Circle begins with NLP Practitioner, and what we look for is seriousness of intent and steady time for two years. If you already hold an NLP Practitioner certificate from NLP Coaching Academy or another ABNLP-recognised provider, you start at Phase II: 19 months rather than 24, with 13 circles to your Master Coach conversation (11 attended) and then six months in practice, at a reduced fee that reflects the shorter time.
Outside the certification training days, plan for the monthly circle of about two hours, peer practice between circles, and regular client sessions towards your 100 logged hours. Most Fellows should expect a few hours a week.
Once a Fellow, always a Fellow. Your title, your certificates and your dated endorsement stay with you for life, and your page stays for as long as you are practising. There is nothing to renew. If you want to keep meeting Vikram and the Fellows every month, you can continue in the optional Alumni Circle for ₹2,000 + GST a quarter, and stop whenever you like.
In Phase III you choose an NLP topic with Vikram and research it with his guidance. You then present it when you co-host one of the Academy's online community sessions with him. After review, your research document is published as a research paper in the NLP research section of IAPCCT, something you can point to as part of your professional standing.
In three steps. You complete the program: NLP Practitioner, Coaching Essentials and NLP Master Practitioner, your modelling project, and 15 of your first 18 circles. You log 100 client hours using NLP. And you share one recorded client session, which you go through with Vikram. You are certified as NLP Master Coach and endorsed when he sees your coaching is ready in all five areas he has mentored you in.
No. Enrolment makes you eligible, and both are given when Vikram sees your work is ready. Because Vikram coaches you and gives feedback in the circles throughout, you will know where you stand well before you send your recording. If an area still needs work, you keep working on it in the circle and Vikram endorses you when it is ready, within your 24 months. There is nothing to resubmit. The certificates you have already earned are yours either way.
One personal conversation, in which Vikram goes through your recorded session with you and your next twelve months. You can also catch up with him in person at the Inner Circle Meet and Greets, and when you repeat NLP Practitioner in the classroom in Bengaluru, Delhi or Mumbai. The rest of your time with him is in the 24 monthly circles, which are group coaching on Fellows' real cases. If you want regular one to one coaching, this is not the right format.
Yes. Nothing in the Inner Circle needs travel. The certification programs are offered live online in the evening, India time, and the circles, your repeat of NLP Practitioner (free on Zoom), your research and community session, your conversation with Vikram and the induction can all be done online. You can also meet Vikram in person at the Meet and Greets, and when you repeat NLP Practitioner in the classroom in Bengaluru, Delhi or Mumbai.
No. It gives you skill, supervision, a clear niche, an endorsement if you earn it, and a public page. Endorsed Fellows are also considered for associate work in the Academy's corporate engagements where the engagement suits them, but that is an opportunity, not a promise. Building a practice still depends on the work you do with them.
