About This ICF Level 2 PCC Program
NLP Coaching Academy's ICF Level 2 PCC program is led by Vikram Dhar, ICF MCC (Master Certified Coach), the highest credential awarded by the International Coaching Federation, held by fewer than 4% of coaches globally.
Delivered as three blended modules (online instructor-led plus flexible classroom sessions), it integrates NLP and Meta NLP, Emotional Intelligence coaching, Neuroscience-based coaching, Cognitive Science and Positive Psychology into a single structured pathway to the ICF PCC credential, with a flexible rolling-entry model. An ICF ACC credential is not a prerequisite: coaches enter the full 125-hour pathway directly, bridge from an existing ACC, or transfer credit hours from another ICF-accredited provider.
This advanced pathway includes 125+ hours of ICF-aligned training, 10 hours of mentor coaching (7 group + 3 individual), 6 PCC-level recorded submissions with written feedback, and a guided path to 500 coaching practice hours, preparing participants to apply to the ICF for the PCC credential, typically within 10 to 14 months. The PCC itself is awarded by the International Coaching Federation, not by NLP Coaching Academy.

What do you need to earn the ICF PCC credential?
The International Coaching Federation requires five things for the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential: at least 125 hours of coach-specific education, 500+ hours of coaching experience, 10 hours of mentor coaching over a minimum of three months, a performance evaluation, and a passing result in the ICF PCC exam. Is ICF Level 2 (PCC) certification worth it?
For coaches serious about the profession, yes. PCC is the credential most corporate and executive-coaching engagements look for, and it typically commands higher fees and broader mandates than ACC. Beyond the credential, the value of an ICF Level 2 program is the jump in coaching capability: deeper presence, cleaner contracting, and stronger awareness-building. Can you go straight to PCC without ICF Level 1 (ACC)?
You do not always have to complete ICF Level 1 first. Coaches with prior ICF-aligned training and sufficient coaching experience may enter the Level 2 pathway directly, subject to entry criteria and ICF requirements, and NLP Coaching Academy accepts transfer credit hours from other ICF-accredited programs. If you are earlier in your journey, the ICF Level 1 (ACC) program is the natural starting point, and an ACC-to-PCC bridge is available.

Policies & Essentials
The practical details before you enrol: how cancellations and reschedules work, how attendance is tracked against ICF standards, the language of instruction, and how prior coach training can be credited towards your Level 2 pathway.
Cancellations & Refunds
If a participant fails to attend the course, all fees are forfeited. Once a participant registers for any program, there is no refund. The participant may reschedule program attendance within 12 months by informing us at least 2 days before the start date.
If NLP Coaching Academy cancels a course, the entire amount is refunded. We may change dates or venues as needed; there are no refunds for reschedules.

Attendance is monitored daily and by session to ensure complete participation and alignment with ICF standards.
