Vikram is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Coach (MCC). He has attended courses with the World’s top Leadership and Executive Coaches – Marshall Goldsmith and John Mattone. He is personally trained, mentored and certified by John Mattone (Former coach of late Steve Jobs) as Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach, and Leadership assessor using Leadership Inventory assessment tool.
He is a Licensed Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach, certified by Dr. Richard Bandler, Co-founder of NLP. He is a certified NLP Trainer accredited by – the American Board of NLP (US), and a Certified Hypnosis Trainer (American Board of Hypnotherapy). He has personally been certified and trained by John Grinder Co-founder of NLP, Judith DeLozier (NLP Co-developer), attended training/mentoring sessions with Robert Dilts (Co-developer of NLP), Frank Pucilik (Co-founder of NLP), Ian McDermott (Tier 1 NLP Trainer from UK), Michael Beale (Richard Bandler certified trainer and coach trainer), Michael Hall (Founder of Neuro-Semantics, and Meta Coaching), Shelle Rose (Leading coach from Canada, for Language Work), and works with various Neuro Scientists and Behaviour based experts across the world to create new cutting-edge coaching tools.

Michael Beale International Licensed NLP Trainer and Licensed NLP Coach Trainer
Michael Beale is one of the UK’s foremost NLP practitioners and trainers. He has over 20 years’ business experience, working with companies such as BT, 3M and B&Q. For the past 10 years, he has specialized in helping individuals, businesses and organizations to grow and develop through the application of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Michael is a ‘First Institute’ SNLP-licensed NLP expert, receiving his training directly from Richard Bandler and John Grinder. Michael is also a Certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach. Michael does not see himself as a trainer as such, but rather a facilitator and coach, assisting others to get results for themselves, proving the value of their training by the success they achieve.

Meenakshi R (ICF PCC), Certified Leadership Coach and NLP Master Trainer
Meenakshi is an ICF PCC, Licensed NLP Coach, Certified Professional Leadership & Life Coach and NLP & Ericksonian Hypnosis Practitioner. She has over 16 years of professional experience with blue chip organizations across several industries. Her prior corporate assignments were with DHL Worldwide Express, Ogilvy One Worldwide (working on an assignment for Hindustan Lever Ltd.), WorldSpace and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. Post her corporate stint, she was associated with InspireOne, a training and consulting firm in a full time capacity as part of the training design, delivery, coaching and consulting team. Subsequently she was also part of another Learning Solutions organization, PlatinumOne as Practice Lead for their Communication Enhancement Vertical and Senior Consultant in the Training Delivery team.

Usha is an expert in therapeutic counseling. She is a University topper in MSW (Master of Social Work) with specialization in Medical and Psychiatric Social work from University of Mysore. She has an M. Phil in Psychiatric Social Work from National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore.
Usha is a Certified NLP Practitioner, Licensed NLP Coach (Bandler Certified) Certified Associate Leadership and Life Coach and has a certificate in Advanced Diploma in Ericksonian Hypnosis and NLP coaching from Business NLP Ltd, UK.
Usha has a rich professional experience spanning over 12 years in teaching, research and counseling. Her last assignment was with the Dept. of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, NIMHANS as a Research Fellow.
A solid combination of mental health background with NLP training has strengthened her approach towards counseling/coaching effectively. Her core area of work includes bringing out self awareness in individuals, enhancing their communication skills, and resolving conflicts (both internal and external).
