About the Emotional Intelligence Trainer Bootcamp in India
This is a 22-day live online bootcamp in three parts, and it is the full Emotional Intelligence ladder in one booking. Part 1 teaches you to use Emotional Intelligence on yourself and with a client. Part 2 takes it into teams, groups and peak performance. Part 3 teaches you to stand up and train it.
The three parts run as separate blocks with gaps between them, so you can take them in sequence over months rather than all at once. Part 1 is the prerequisite for everything above it, and it is included, so most people start there.
How the 22 Days Are Structured
Eight days, then eight days, then six. Each part carries its own certification, so the value does not sit only at the end.
Licensed EI Coach Practitioner
Eight days. The Emotional Intelligence competency framework, self and 360 degree assessment, and neuroscience-based coaching tools. This part is also available on its own, in the classroom or live online.
Licensed EI Master Coach Practitioner
Eight days. The anatomy of emotions, and Emotional Intelligence applied beyond the individual: teams, collaboration, developing others and peak performance at work.
Licensed EI Trainer
Six days. Training and facilitation skills for delivering Emotional Intelligence programmes to groups and to corporate clients, covering 75 or more distinctions.
Licensed Emotional Intelligence Coach Practitioner
Eight days, and the foundation for everything above it. You learn the Emotional Intelligence competency framework, run self and 360 degree assessments, and work with neuroscience-based coaching tools including affect labeling, reappraisal and the shuttling exercise.
This part carries two certifications: Licensed Emotional Intelligence Coach Practitioner from IAPCCT, and Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach Practitioner carrying 7 ICF Continuing Coach Education credits.
It is also a standalone program on its own, including as a four-day classroom programme in Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai and Dubai. The full Part 1 curriculum is set out on that page. If you have already completed it, you join this bootcamp at Part 2.
Licensed Emotional Intelligence Master Coach Practitioner
Eight days. Where Part 1 works on the individual, Part 2 works on the system around them: teams, collaboration, developing others, and what peak performance actually requires. It is where Emotional Intelligence stops being a personal skill and becomes something you can deploy inside an organisation, and it is also where the Positive Psychology material sits.
Three, all accredited by IAPCCT: Licensed Emotional Intelligence Master Coach Practitioner, a Certificate in Neuroscience Coaching, and a Diploma in Positive Psychology.
Submit one Emotional Intelligence book review, and two audio recordings of Emotional Intelligence based coaching sessions. Both are reviewed before the certification is issued.
Licensed Emotional Intelligence Trainer
Six days on the craft of training itself. Knowing Emotional Intelligence and being able to teach it to a room are different skills, and this part is entirely about the second one. It covers 75 or more distinctions for effective training and presenting.
Licensed Emotional Intelligence Trainer, accredited by IAPCCT. The prerequisite is completion of Parts 1 and 2.
Deliver a training session and submit the recording (60 minutes). The certification is issued on the strength of a delivery, not on attendance alone.
As a Licensed Emotional Intelligence Trainer you can facilitate the Licensed Emotional Intelligence Coach Practitioner and Licensed Emotional Intelligence Master Coach Practitioner programmes yourself, in the same format you attended. Your participants receive a joint certificate carrying your brand alongside IAPCCT accreditation, at USD 5 per participant certificate.

Facilitated by Vikram Dhar
Vikram Dhar is an ICF Master Certified Coach who trained on Emotional Intelligence with Daniel Goleman.
Every session across all three parts is delivered by him. The Trainer level in particular is taught by a working trainer who delivers these programmes in India, Dubai and beyond, rather than by someone teaching training from a manual.
He is also a Licensed NLP Coach certified by Richard Bandler, an NLP Master Trainer accredited by the American Board of NLP, and has trained participants from 65 or more countries. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Bradley University and spent fourteen years at Ernst & Young and IBM before moving to coaching full time.

All three parts run live online on Zoom, 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST, and are open to participants anywhere. The parts run as separate blocks with gaps between them.

Cancellations & Reschedules
Once registration is complete, fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a block, you may reschedule that part to a later batch by informing us at least 48 hours before it starts.
Registration & Prerequisite
Part 1 is the prerequisite for Parts 2 and 3, and is included in the bootcamp. If you hold the Licensed EI Coach Practitioner certification already, you join at Part 2.
Programme Language
Accredited by IAPCCT
All certificates in this bootcamp are issued by NLP Coaching Academy and accredited by the International Association of Professional Coaches, Counselors and Therapists. The programme is delivered under IAPCCT's code of ethics.
Part 1 carries 7 Continuing Coach Education credits from the International Coaching Federation, which count toward renewing an existing ICF credential. Parts 2 and 3 do not carry CCE credits, and the bootcamp is not an ICF Level 1 or Level 2 accredited pathway.
