About This NLP Master Practitioner Program
NLP Coaching Academy's NLP Master Practitioner program in India is led by Vikram Dhar, an NLP Master Trainer certified by the American Board of NLP and an ICF Master Certified Coach, and takes NLP Practitioner graduates from applying individual patterns to modelling excellence itself.
The program runs as nine days of classroom training or nineteen days of live online sessions. Both formats cover identical content, the same mentored modelling project, and lead to identical certification.
Graduates are certified as NLP Master Practitioner by the American Board of NLP (ABNLP), with an optional add-on route to the Certified Practitioner of Hypnotherapy credential under the American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH).
NLP Practitioner certification, from NLP Coaching Academy or another ABNLP-recognised provider, is required before enrolling. The academy has certified 8,000+ coaches and NLP practitioners across 65+ countries.
Why Master Practitioner Is Not Just "More NLP"
NLP Practitioner teaches you to run a set of established patterns competently. Master Practitioner teaches you where those patterns came from: modelling, the discipline of taking apart how someone gets an exceptional result and rebuilding it in yourself or a client. That shift, from user to builder, is the entire point of this program.
Modelling is the origin of NLP, not an add-on to it
Every NLP pattern was originally produced by modelling someone who did something exceptionally well. This program teaches the modelling methods themselves, not just their finished output.

A traceable lineage, not a tour of techniques
Symbolic Modelling from David Grove, the Experiential Array from David Gordon, logical-level modelling drawing on Gregory Bateson, and New Code NLP are each taught with their origin named, not blended into an unattributed house method.

The Certified NLP Business Master Practitioner Program in India
This is a nine-day classroom-based Certified NLP Master Practitioner course in India, also available as a nineteen-day live online program, built around modelling excellence. It is the same program long listed as the Certified NLP Business Master Practitioner. Where NLP Practitioner introduces the core patterns, this program takes them apart: how strategies are built, how beliefs are formed and changed at a structural level, and how to elicit a skill from someone who has it and install it in someone who does not.
The centrepiece is a personal modelling project. Each participant selects a single skill or result, identifies three people who demonstrate it, and is mentored through eliciting, documenting and rebuilding that strategy. Alongside it, the program covers advanced sub-modalities, T.O.T.E. and strategy design, advanced meta-programs, belief work, and additional Meta Model and Milton language patterns.
NLP Practitioner certification is a prerequisite. This program assumes you can already run the foundational patterns and are ready to work on how they are built.
This is not for you if you have not yet completed an NLP Practitioner certification.

9-Day Classroom Intensive
Nine consecutive days in the room, built around live demonstrations, modelling practice and direct feedback. The immersive format suits practitioners consolidating a large amount of new material quickly.
19-Day Live Online Program
Nineteen evenings of live instructor-led sessions with guided practice between them. The extended schedule gives you time to run modelling fieldwork on real exemplars between sessions.

How Can I Become an NLP Master Practitioner?

Attend the program
Nine days in the classroom in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi or Dubai, or nineteen days live online. Both are instructor-led and cover identical content.
Complete the reading and practice sessions
One assigned reading, plus ten online practice sessions of 2.5 hours each, applying the strategy and belief-change tools to real coaching scenarios.
Design and present your modelling project
Choose a skill or result, identify three people who demonstrate it, and complete a mentored modelling project documenting how you elicited and installed it.
Your Path Through the NLP Pathway
NLP Master Practitioner is the second of three levels in the ABNLP pathway. Each level is a separate program with its own certification, and graduates receive preferential pricing as they progress.

NLP Master Trainer
Vikram holds Certified NLP Master Trainer status with the American Board of NLP, the trainer-of-trainers level that authorises him to certify Practitioners, Master Practitioners and Trainers in turn. He is also an ICF Master Certified Coach, a credential held by fewer than 4% of coaches worldwide.
His own certification traces to Richard Bandler and John Grinder, the two co-founders of NLP, and he is a Licensed Meta NLP Trainer in Neuro-Semantics under Michael Hall, co-founder of Neuro-Semantics, with licence to teach Meta-States and the Meta Coaching model.
He has trained directly with Robert Dilts and Judith DeLozier, co-developers of NLP, and attended sessions with Frank Pucelik, a co-founder, and with Stephen Gilligan, Connirae Andreas, early developers of NLP. That lineage is what this program's modelling content draws on: each method taught here traces back to the person who originated it.
Before coaching, Vikram spent fourteen years in cybersecurity leadership at Ernst & Young and IBM. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Bradley University, has been ranked among the Global Gurus Top 30 in NLP, and has trained participants from more than 65 countries.

Cancellations & Reschedules
Once registration is complete, fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may reschedule to a later batch by informing us at least 48 hours before the start date.
Registration & Prerequisite
Admission is by prior registration and requires an NLP Practitioner certificate from NLP Coaching Academy or another ABNLP-recognised provider. If you have not completed one yet, start with the NLP Practitioner program. This is an immersive format, with coaching and modelling practice woven through every day.

As an accredited ABNLP training provider, this Master Practitioner program is run under the Code of Ethics laid down by the American Board of NLP, USA, and leads to NLP Master Practitioner certification. Vikram Dhar holds Certified NLP Master Trainer status with ABNLP.
As a member of the International Association of Professional Coaches, Counselors and Therapists, this program's coaching applications are delivered under IAPCCT's code of ethics.
The optional Certified Practitioner of Hypnotherapy add-on is recognised by the American Board of Hypnotherapy, and can be taken alongside either format of this program.
Selected Meta-States concepts are taught under Vikram Dhar's Licensed Meta NLP Trainer credential from Michael Hall, co-founder of Neuro-Semantics. A separate Neuro-Semantics certification is not issued on this program.
