Welcome to NLP Coaching Academy, where we offer transformative coaching programs in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Emotional Intelligence. To ensure a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment for all participants, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Disclaimer

1.1. The courses offered by NLP Coaching Academy are designed for personal and professional development purposes.
1.2. These programs are not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide therapy for mental health disorders or psychological conditions.
1.3. Participants should not consider this training as a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice or treatment.

2. Participant Eligibility

2.1. By registering for any program, participants confirm they are mentally stable, emotionally resilient, and capable of participating in the workshop.
2.2. Participants are solely responsible for assessing their readiness and fitness to attend the program. If in doubt, they are advised to consult a qualified medical or mental health professional before enrolling.

3. Acknowledgment of Personal Responsibility

3.1. Participants acknowledge that they voluntarily choose to participate in the training and accept full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after the sessions.
3.2. Participants agree to communicate openly with the facilitator if they experience any challenges during the program.

4. Confidentiality and Respect

4.1. To create a supportive environment, participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared personal experiences and discussions within the group.

4.2. Disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the NLP Coaching Academy programs without a refund.

5. No Guarantees

5.1. While our programs are designed to provide tools and techniques for growth, self development, individual results may vary.
5.2. NLP Coaching Academy does not guarantee any specific outcomes from participation in the training. Achieving personal goals and outcomes are responsibility of the participant.

6. Indemnity Clause

6.1. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless NLP Coaching Academy, its trainers, and its staff from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their participation in the program.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1. NLP Coaching Academy does not provide any refunds. If due to unforeseen challenges a participant has to reschedule the program attendance, it has to be communicated (email/WhatsApp) to the program coordinator 24 hours before the program start date.
7.2. In the event of participant removal due to violation of program policies (See point 4), no refund will be issued.

8. Consent and Acknowledgment

8.1. By enrolling in any course or workshop, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
8.2. Participants further confirm their mental stability and fitness to participate in the program by registering for the program based on their own free will. NLP Coaching Academy will not do any checks to check the mental wellbeing of the participants.
