Become aware of the ICF Coaching competencies, ethics, and standards, practice, and apply them while Coaching or having coaching discussions with prospective coaching clients.

How to establish coaching agreements with clients, which keeps the coaching process transparent.

Learn how to develop a coaching plans with clients, setting up an accountability process, monitoring ongoing coaching progress, and setting up a process to stop the coaching process if required.

Learn coaching skills, as per the various ICF competencies, and develop further in terms of how to get most of the clients, and facilitate the process to get results.

How to establish transparent and flexible coaching relationship with clients, while ensuring mutual respect, trust, and supportive environment to work together in Coach-Coachee relationship.

Facilitate coaching process for clients by asking powerful questions, demonstrating active listening, and exploration of solutions.

Help in the facilitation of setting the actions for continuous learning and moving towards the desired results set by clients.

Target Audience:  The target audience for the program are professionals (mostly HR professionals, Leadership Development Trainers, Soft-skills Trainers, Coaches who know to coach and want to explore behaviour based Coaching) who want to pursue Coaching as a full-time profession. This program will be delivered by coach trainers from NLP Coaching Academy, which is one of the largest Training and Coaching Organization in India.

We do NLP based Coaching Programs, and our lead trainers are ICF ACC level / ICF PCC level coaches, and all other Coaches are Licensed NLP Coaches (Certified by Richard Bandler), and have attended ICF accredited Coaching Programs.

Program Requirements:

Students must demonstrate Coaching ethics, standards, and competency during practice sessions. Also, students need to be present in all the Coaching sessions to receive a certificate of completion.

Cancellations and refunds

If a participant fails to attend the course all fees are forfeited. Once a participant registers for any program, there is no refund.

The participant has an option to reschedule the program attendance. The reschedule is valid for 12 months.

The participant has to provide the reschedule information 2 days prior to the program start date.

In case NLP Coaching Academy cancels any course, then the entire program amount will be refunded to the participant. The company reserves the right to change dates and venues.  The NLP Coaching Academy reserves the right to alter the course location, dates or cancel any course at any time without liability.  There won’t be any refunds for program reschedules.
